My Raw Vegan Training

19-year-old girl. I follow 80/10/10 since january now let's get fit

DAY 2: Banana craziness

Well today’s been a beautiful day, I mean, for me, the weather was awful. I felt and feel full of energy, I ate more bananas than ever (yesterday I bought like 7 kilos of super ripe bananas and they’re almost all gone, haha I’m so proud of myself, I must have eaten around 25, maybe more, but let’s say 25, I’ve never ate so many bananas! 25 bananas in three big smoothies made with bananas and water, I have never felt attracted to this one ingredient smoothie, but I don’t know, the bananas were so ripe and yummy on their own and I feel so much better when I don’t combine fruits, that… I loved it, really it was amazing.

Fuel:

- 25 bananas

- Handful of green grapes

- 2 Canary melons

(no greens today)

Sleep:

7 hours (yes, I couldn’t sleep until like 2am, I blame the two melons I ate too late last night and my computer).

Exercise:

Some weights

Feeling:

Amazing, I’m not hungry, I just want to sleep.

DAY 1 : Neeeeeeeeeigh

Today it was an amazing day, 25º, le soleil, I have a new neighbour called Pomme (Apple), she’s a mare and she says “neeeeeigh” every 10 minutes, it’s so magic.

I ate like crazy, more than 3000 kcal for sure, although I can’t be exact. I felt and feel amazing, full of energy. I made three smoothies of bananas, two with grapes and the other with plums, I loved it, the bananas were super ripe <3 I think I might have ate around 20 bananas, one kilo of grapes and a quarter of a kilo of plums.

At night I ate two peanuts (yes, I wasn’t supposed to do overts, but come on it’s just two little peanuts and it was for a social cause, I didn’t crave it).

I had a litter of pasteurized juice. Two melons and a salad with a tomato.

Voilà et c’est tout. I haven’t done any exercise for over a week now, I wanted to go running today but I didn’t really want to, I’ve been eating cooked potatoes this week and I still feel kind of bloated, but with all this fruit, I feel SO much better, it is amazing, fruit, I love you so much. And I don’t know, I want to get fit, but I’m afraid of under eating if I’m burning a lot, I get obsessive and I don’t know… I’m going to exercise at least 2 or 3 days a week, but I’m not going to get obsessed about that.

Fuel:

- 20 bananas

- 1kilo of grapes

- 1/4 kilo of frozen plums

- 1 liter of pasteurized fruit juice

- 2 Canary melons

- Lettuce with a tomato

Sleep:

8 hours

Exercise:

None

Feeling:

A bit bloated for the potatoes I’ve been eating these past two days, but feeling happy happy, loads of energy and optimism,

Freelee, http://www.30bananasaday.com/

I’ve been following 80/10/10 since January. I started this diet as a solution for my problems of weight control, which eventually leaded to a depresión of two months for which I coudn’t get out of my room. Since on this lifestyle I am happier than ever, I haven’t lost much weight, but it doesn’t matter, I’m getting healthier, fitter and happier than ever.

I run almost everyday, but I feel I need a blog to post my training and be able to make a progress.
