I felt and feel full of energy, I ate more bananas than ever (yesterday I bought like 7 kilos of super ripe bananas and they&amp;#8217;re almost all gone, haha I&amp;#8217;m so proud of myself, I must have eaten around 25, maybe more, but let&amp;#8217;s say 25, I&amp;#8217;ve never ate so many bananas! 25 bananas in three big smoothies made with bananas and water, I have never felt attracted to this one ingredient smoothie, but I don&amp;#8217;t know, the bananas were so ripe and yummy on their own and I feel so much better when I don&amp;#8217;t combine fruits, that&amp;#8230; I loved it, really it was amazing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fuel:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- 25 bananas&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Handful of green grapes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- 2 Canary melons&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(no greens today)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sleep:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7 hours (yes, I couldn&amp;#8217;t sleep until like 2am, I blame the two melons I ate too late last night and my computer).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exercise:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Some weights&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Feeling: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Amazing, I&amp;#8217;m not hungry, I just want to sleep.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I ate like crazy, more than 3000 kcal for sure, although I can&amp;#8217;t be exact. I felt and feel amazing, full of energy. I made three smoothies of bananas, two with grapes and the other with plums, I loved it, the bananas were super ripe &amp;lt;3 I think I might have ate around 20 bananas, one kilo of grapes and a quarter of a kilo of plums. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At night I ate two peanuts (yes, I wasn&amp;#8217;t supposed to do overts, but come on it&amp;#8217;s just two little peanuts and it was for a social cause, I didn&amp;#8217;t crave it). &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I had a litter of pasteurized juice. Two melons and a salad with a tomato.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Voilà et c&amp;#8217;est tout. I haven&amp;#8217;t done any exercise for over a week now, I wanted to go running today but I didn&amp;#8217;t really want to, I&amp;#8217;ve been eating cooked potatoes this week and I still feel kind of bloated, but with all this fruit, I feel SO much better, it is amazing, &lt;strong&gt;fruit, I love you so much. &lt;/strong&gt;And I don&amp;#8217;t know, I want to get fit, but I&amp;#8217;m afraid of under eating if I&amp;#8217;m burning a lot, I get obsessive and I don&amp;#8217;t know&amp;#8230; I&amp;#8217;m going to exercise at least 2 or 3 days a week, but I&amp;#8217;m not going to get obsessed about that.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fuel:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exercise:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;None&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ok summer is comming and I want to fit in my bikinis, if not super skinny at least I want to lose a bit of body mass. My goal is being 100% High Carb Low Fat Raw Vegan for 60 days. (And no overt fats).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Eat as much as I care for, ABUNDANCE!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ll be running, but I&amp;#8217;ll take it cool, endurance and for no more than an hour.&lt;br/&gt;I&amp;#8217;m also doing some weight training, I want become stroger! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve been following 80/10/10 since January. I started this diet as a solution for my problems of weight control, which eventually leaded to a depresión of two months for which I coudn&amp;#8217;t get out of my room. Since on this lifestyle I am happier than ever, I haven&amp;#8217;t lost much weight, but it doesn&amp;#8217;t matter, I&amp;#8217;m getting healthier, fitter and happier than ever.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I run almost everyday, but I feel I need a blog to post my training and be able to make a progress. &lt;/p&gt;
